Our planning is always realistic - we create task lists based on the requirements specs and then written estimates are provided by the developers and other team members and the schedule is optimized by the project manager. All steps are reviewed by all participants in the project - we always strive for a buy-in of everyone involved.

Finally, the plan goes to you for approval.

Daily activity reporting on all project levels allows us to keep track of progress and status, and identify issues and bottlenecks long before they can negatively impact the schedule.

Every code module is immediately reviewed and tested as soon as a developer reports a task as completed - the task will then be accepted by the project manager or returned for further work.

Clients will typically receive weekly Status and Synopsis Reports.

Configuration Management

Our configuration management conforms to industry standards and is supported by collaborative tools like CVS systems. If required, code snapshots and intermediate application builds can be made available to the client at definable intervals. Daily backups of all code ensure no code is ever lost.
