Below are some general criteria we use in pricing:

• We base our quotes on hourly rates - Canadian / USA dollars or Euros per work-hour. The rate includes everything - salaries, taxes, rent, overhead, except travel expenses (if required). Work hours in a project multiplied by the rate per hour give the project's budget, no hidden additions whatsoever.

• We have done and will continue to do work for not-for-profit organizations at reduced rates.

• Project scale is the greatest factor influencing our rates - larger projects enjoy lower rates.

• Deposit amount and/or prepayment will influence our rates too - the more you pay in advance, the lower the rates you will get.

• We won't promise you the industry's lowest rates - you cannot get superior quality for that and we don't do "quick & dirty".
